We are taught many things as we go through life from school to work but we are never told how the mind works and what make us tick. We are never taught how to be happy and achieve our goals as we enjoy this adventure of life.
Our life coaching program is a six week program with six weekly one hour sessions teaching you how the mind works, resolving any self -sabotaging problems if there are any through clinical hypnotherapy and teaching you how to live life to the full and achieve your goals. We have a set of four hypnosis recordings, releasing negative emotions, relationships, goal setting and health. These are listened to each day between sessions to subtly recondition the subconscious mind. There are also a set of 9 recordings that can be listened to in a car that explain everything from how the mind works to how to let go of negative emotions. Tony Gilmour is the Psychotherapist who developed the program over ten years ago. Tony’s motto is “keep it simple”. Thousands of people have already been through the program and he also uses it for people suffering anxiety and depression. The program is one on one and tailored to suit the individual. Most people say it is just common sense after going through the program but common sense is not that common.
We have five basic needs, Love and connection, empowerment, freedom, fun and survival. When we meet these needs we are happy. When we are not meeting these needs we are unhappy. 95% of people’s problems are relationship issues; past, present or lack of. The way we were treated in the past can greatly affect how we see the world today. Relationships meet the needs for love and connection and empowerment. Through clinical hypnotherapy we can resolve any past problems so they don’t affect our happiness today. We all have goals but how many people really achieve many of them.
